Collecting Water Safely and Hygienically
Hands in Dryers such as the Mitsubishi Electric Wave i01 feature a carefully shaped drying area that controls air flow to maximise the drying effect and prevent water from escaping.
Hands in dryers feature a design that blows water off your skin using high speed jets of air, and then prevent that water from escaping into the surrounding area. While only a small amount of water is removed when drying your hands, it is important to prevent the liquid from escaping onto the floor where it could create a slip hazard.
Hands in Dryers such as the Mitsubishi Electric Wave i01 feature a carefully shaped drying area that controls air flow to maximise the drying effect and prevent water from escaping.
At the bottom of the drying area, channels direct the water down into a generously sized water pod that can contain 0.8L of liquid before it needs to be emptied. In normal use, this is sufficient capacity for approximately eight hundred uses.
The water pod is easy to remove during normal cleaning operations and can be safely disposed of with other wastewater.
Retaining water in the pod of the hand dryer rather than allowing it to escape onto surrounding walls and floors in the bathroom improves safety in the bathroom.
