    This form allows you to raise concerns about how Mitsubishi Electric B.V. UK Branch handles your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days and will take appropriate steps to respond without undue delay unless the matter is complex or requires further investigation.

    Statutory Complaint Handling Requirement
